I cannot say I believe we are only elements. The “energy” that is around us is the energy that is within us. Moreover there is no way to differentiate between the galaxy or our neurons. So for sure we are one and not that one of a kind as we like to be time to time or always. So this so called energy within us becomes part of the whole again when we die – it leaves the captured body. However, it was already part of the whole when within. Is it eally reincarnating if it is kind of a flow? Maybe it is flowing to be part of the body again. The question is if we are the body or the energy within? And if we are the body do we change the energy and is that what reincarnating is? Changing the energy that becomes part of the whole again when we die. But if we are the energy it is the challenge to live life with the influence the body makes in us and that is the challenge . In the end that i who we are. All the same, but a body and environment that challenges our way of thinking and being. Actions pushe the flow of energy in one way or another, when we die.
However, what to consider is that the body itself does not simply die too. The elements of its existence will continue to exist in different forms, different lifes and different seads. Is that not already reincarnation? We never stop; we are just there but to different from our consious being now to image that one day our elements are meant to come together again in a body to change and observe the energy consiously, what in other forms of being can be ignored easily. One more question to think of… Why do I think we take our experiences with us and not memories? Well it is the experience of the memory that changes the energy and therefore the way we will experience in our next body. However that body and life have the power to make changes to.
